An application must be submitted upon initial registration and renewed annually.
- Provide Required Supporting Documentation
In addition to the application, the following documentation must be submitted (a complete list is available on the City’s website):
- Proof of Ownership
- Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) Lodging License
- Florida Department of Revenue Certificate
- Exterior Site Plan
- Interior Floor Plan
- Parking Plan
- Fire Code Safety Inspection documentation
- Business Tax Receipt
- Complete Required Inspections
Your property must pass inspections conducted by:

Compliance with these requirements helps preserve the quality, safety, and character of our community. By working together to ensure adherence to the City’s Vacation Rental Registration regulations, we can continue to make Indian Rocks Beach a great place to live, learn, work, and visit.
