City Of Indian Rocks Beach Request Hurricane Relief Items For Sanibel Florida

On February 15, 2023, Mayor-Commissioner Kennedy and City Manager Mims will travel with a group of local elected officials and City Managers to meet with officials of the City of Sanibel, Florida. The general purpose of the trip is to listen to lessons learned from Hurricane Ian and receive a briefing on the recovery efforts.
As part of this trip, the cities involved in this day would like to take relief supplies to Sanibel. The City of Indian Rocks Beach requests that the public consider donating the following items as part of the continuing relief effort:FOOD: Canned Foods, Peanut Butter, Jelly, Crackers, Cereal, Healthy SnacksTOILETRIES: Soap, Shampoo, Toothpaste, Deodorant, RazorsSENIOR NEEDS: Eyeglasses, Hairbrushes, Combs, Bug Spray, Socks, HatsHOME: Small Kitchen Tools, Pans, Cups, Plates, TowelsNO LARGE OR BULKY ITEMS PLEASEDonations may be dropped off at the City of Indian Rocks Beach City Hall at 1507 Bay Palm Boulevard, Indian Rocks Beach beginning today until 4:00 p.m. February 14th, 2023.
