The City of Indian Rocks Beach has long been considered a facilities-rich community as evidenced by miles of pristine beach, numerous parks and a great many recreational facilities such as tennis courts, basketball courts, a ball field, leash-free pet park, and the City's most recent addition, a state of the art skateboard park. Many recreational programs and services are also sponsored by the City such as the Beauty & the Beach Festival, Fall Arts Festival, Oktoberfest and many holiday events.
